We recognize that not all of our operator members have partnerships with every supplier member. Therefore, when choosing your top 5 supplier members within each category, you may want to consider who you are currently working with and the level of relationship you have with that that supplier.

     Does this supplier communicate with your store on a regular basis?

     Does this supplier offer good duty free value?

     Does this supplier provide you your orders on a timely basis and in an accurate manner?

     Does this supplier provide your store/employees with the proper education on their product(s)?

     Do they offer innovative and appealing merchandise tools to assist you in selling their products?

     Do you find this supplier has a loyal relationship with your store and goes over and above to meet your needs?

     Does this supplier understand your store needs, specific customers’ needs or your respective customer demographics?

     Is this supplier a fair and consistent partner?

     Does this supplier understand trends? Do they understand their respective market well?

     Does this supplier understand duty free industry issues affecting our overall industry and how this is affecting your store?
