Scattered Sites Resident Survey 2026

This survey is designed to assess the needs of residents living in Scattered Sites housing. Your responses will help ensure that Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) is working in partnership with families and providing support effectively.

RHA has received approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Scattered Sites to exit the public housing program. Over the next three years, it is RHA’s intention to transition all public housing communities to the Section 8 voucher program.

As RHA plans for the future of its housing programs, we want to be transparent about anticipated changes. Your input is an important part of this process and will help guide how we support residents.
