On 12 September a group of the larger landowners in the Waimea catchment along with other interested landowners and catchment supporters met to discuss whether there was interest in forming a Waimea catchment group. The outcome of this meeting was that there was interest. We wanted therefore to invite other rural landowners interested in forming a Waimea catchment group to this meeting when a vote will be taken on whether to form a group.
