Town of Hyde Park - Town Center Plan Public Input Survey

What is the Town Center Plan?
The Town Center Plan is a vision for the future of Hyde Park’s commercial core area. The plan will identify desirable future uses (types of businesses, housing, design, community uses, etc.) and include a master plan design showing the community’s preferred vision for the Town Center.

The Plan will guide future wastewater infrastructure planning efforts and investments as well as access, transportation, and streetscape improvements that will be necessary to achieve the vision for the Town Center.

Who is developing the Town Center Plan?
The project is being led by the Town of Hyde Park. The consultant team includes:

• Delaware Engineering: Project Management, Sewer Infrastructure
• Elan Planning & Design: Public Engagement, Market Analysis, Master Planning, Land Use and Zoning
• Mathes Public Affairs: Market Analysis
• MJ Engineering: Access and Transportation Planning
• Studio A: Streetscape and Green Stormwater Infrastructure
