President's Day or Juneteenth

Seattle Children’s Hospital wants the nurses to trade Presidents Day for Juneteenth, while they have given Juneteenth as a holiday to every other worker. Knowing that for three years in a row, Seattle Children’s reports 15 RNs who identify as Black or African American, out of 1,800 RNs, what do you think of their offer?
