“An investigation of the factors affecting consumers’ unique phygital and memorable shopping experiences in omnichannel retailing”
This study is conducted as part of the requirements for the successful completion of the Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) Programme of the Hellenic Open University (H.O.U.). The study is focused on exploring the unique and memorable shopping experiences of consumers who have visited physical retail stores that employ advanced digital technologies (phygital retail stores).

Your participation in this study is of great importance for us. It is completely voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw at any stage.
