Karri Permission Survey

Recently, we sent you a letter regarding our proposed launch of Karri, an innovative mobile payment application that allows you to make quick payments for school events using your smartphone. In order to do so, we need your permission to pass on personal information to a third party company.

Please read the information below and then complete the rest of the survey if you are interested in helping us move toward a cash-free campus.
What is Karri?
Karri is a mobile payment app that allows you to make quick payments for school events. Instead of sending children to school with envelopes of cash for civvies days and class outings, you’re able to make fast payments of exact amounts straight to your school.

How does it work?
1. You receive a notification of an upcoming school event.
2. You log in, view the event details and hit “Pay Now”.
3. It’s as simple as that.

How do I get started?
1. You will receive your child’s unique code via SMS and email from Karri
2. Download the Karri app from the iStore or Google Play Store and enter the unique code to get started
3. Top Up your Karri account by card or EFT payment
4. Begin making quick payments to your school

What if I don't want to use Karri?
Although the app is POPI compliant with stringent internal measures to ensure safety and security at all times and we have entered into a contractual agreement with Karri to ensure that these are upheld, we understand that some parents may choose not to use it and the Snapscan and EFT payment methods are alternative cash-free options.

Question Title

* 1. I am interested in being connected to Karri to manage ad-hoc payments for Rustenburg Girls' High School. I understand that this will involve the information provided below being passed to Karri and used on their app.
