In March 2020, the way the we delivered continuing education shifted dramatically to online webinars. A lot has changed since then, and while online learning has been a necessary and positive experience, we are carefully assessing a safe return to in-person events.

As a key stakeholder in this discussion, your feedback will help shape our safe transition back to in-person events. No personally identifiable information is collected, there is no way to link your responses to you as an individual. Your responses are completely anonymous.

For the purpose of this survey, an "In-person event" is synonymous with terms like "conference", "workshop", etc. - basically how we delivered education prior to March 2020. And terms like "webinar", "online", etc. refer to how we have provided education since March 2020.
