Laguna Beach Residents: Household Hazardous Waste Survey


We value your input and invite you to take this quick survey to help us better understand the needs of residents regarding household hazardous waste.
1.Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) requires special diposal. HHW includes items such as batteries, florescent light bulbs, 1 lb. propane cylinders, fire extinguishers, cleaning products, paint, and electronic waste.

Residents of Laguna Beach are entitled to four (4) free HHW pickups per year, with one (1) collection per quarter. To schedule a HHW pickup, please contact Laguna Beach’s dedicated Customer Service at (949) 662-3819.

Orange County residents can dispose of their household hazardous waste for free at any of the County's four Household Hazardous Waste Collection Centers listed below:
  • Anaheim Collection Center -- 1071 N. Blue Gum Street, 92806
  • Huntington Beach Collection Center -- 17121 Nichols Lane, 92647, Gate 6
  • Irvine Collection Center -- 6411 Oak Canyon, 92618
  • San Juan Capistrano Collection Center -- 32250 Avenida La Pata, 92675

Like other household hazardous waste (HHW), residents of Laguna Beach can dispose of their lithium-ion batteries through Laguna Beach's free HHW pickups, and at any of Orange County's Household Hazardous Waste Collection Centers.
