The town introduced a one-year pilot program offering reduced beach stickers and Transfer Station access for Truro residents aged 65 and older who meet specific eligibility criteria beginning in May 2025. The Select Board voted to offer the Senior Perks Beach Permit at a 75% discount ($7.50) and the Board of Health voted to offer the Senior Perks Transfer Station Permit at a 50% discount ($50.00) for the duration of the pilot program. Your feedback is helpful as the Select Board and Board of Health consider whether to continue this program beyond May 2026. The deadline to complete the survey is February 5.
