COVID-19 and the 2020 Annual Meeting

For the past two weeks, we have been in discussion with our venues in Salt Lake City regarding the feasibility of holding the 2020 Annual Meeting during May. One option under consideration with our venues is rescheduling the 2020 meeting to August 31 through September 4, 2020. The location would remain the same. Please take this short survey to help us determine what is the best course of action for the 2020 meeting.

* 4. We are also considering offering the 2020 Annual Meeting as an online program if we are not able to make the rescheduled dates work. If we were to offer an online program, it would most likely be broken up into many 90-minute sessions over the course of the summer. The sessions would be recorded, so you could watch them on your own time.

What would be your preference for the 2020 Annual Meeting if we are able to offer a choice?

I prefer that we reschedule the in-person meeting rather than moving the meeting online.
