Resident Input Survey: An Environmental Action Plan for College Park

Thank you for taking the time to provide input on local issues! The College Park Committee for a Better Environment is creating an Environmental Action Plan to help the City build on its efforts to create a greener city that benefits all residents. We're reaching out to people across College Park for your input.

Here are some highlights about City operations:
  • Energy audits and retrofits were conducted on three City-owned buildings in 2015, leading to installation of solar panels and structural energy efficiency upgrades.
  • The City owns 17 electric and hybrid vehicles, which produce less air pollution.
  • To improve pedestrian and biking infrastructure, the City built four new sidewalk segments in 2025, with eight more planned.
