Do you believe the Qualification requirement for licencing should:
Stay as is – Units 5,6 and 18 to be a PMT with endorsement for Timber Pests (Units 8 and 10) and the new Units for Sensitive Sites and Complex Sites.
Require Certificate III plus endorsements for Timber Pests, Sensitive Sites and Complex Sites where applicable.

Should training require a period of time with a mentor (ie working in a pest management company) ?
Candidates for Units 5, 6 and 18 or Units 8 and 10 should only have to show evidence they have the required knowledge and skills.
Candidates for Units 5, 6 and 18 or Units 8 and 10 should also have to work with a Pest Management Company for a period of time. If required to work with a Pest Management Company please indicate a time
