Have your say on the proposed Fair Work Court

The Australian Government has announced its intention to establish a new federal Fair Work Court, with the aim of providing simpler, faster and more accessible resolution of workplace relations disputes.

The Government has indicated that the Court would have specialist workplace relations expertise and operate alongside the Fair Work Commission. Key aspects of its design—including its jurisdiction, processes and interaction with existing institutions—are yet to be determined.

AHRI is seeking the views of HR practitioners, employee and industrial relations specialists, workplace lawyers and other professionals with experience in workplace relations.

Your feedback will help inform AHRI's contribution to consultation on the proposed Court and identify the principles and design features that workplace relations professionals consider most important.

The survey should take approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.
