North Iowa Area Council of Governments (NIACOG) is in the process of updating the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) for the NIACOG Region. The region includes Cerro Gordo, Floyd, Franklin, Hancock, Kossuth, Mitchell, Winnebago, and Worth counties. Planning includes the cities in those counties.

For purposes of this survey, transportation includes air, rail, trails, transit and all roads in the Region. Your input is vital in updating the Region's Plan and will be taken into account while creating the Plan.

If you are completing a paper copy, please return it to NIACOG at 525 6th St SW, Mason City, IA 50401. If you have any questions regarding this survey, please contact Chris Diggins, at the NIACOG office, at (641) 423-0491, ext. 215, or email cdiggins@niacog.org.
