The room rate is $249/night (+tax). Reservations can be made online by a Group Reservation Link (located in email or the SLR Spring Meeting Page) or by calling Central Reservations (817) 661-1788 and identify yourself with State Law Resources 2025 Spring Meeting. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. For reservations extending outside the room block of Wednesday, May 14- Sunday, May 18, it is recommended to call.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellation of an individual’s reservation may be made up to twenty four (24) hours prior to the day of arrival without charge. Should an individual reservation not be cancelled by the twenty four (24) hour cancellation deadline or if the guest fails to check into the Hotel on his/her specified arrival date, the Group or individual will be charged for one night’s room and tax.
Parking: Overnight guest valet parking is discounted to $32.00 per day. Day guest parking is $20.00 per day.
