Request to add a program
If your organization is already on the map, and you would like to add more programs, please complete the form below. (If your organization is new to the Food Learning Locator, please fill out this form first.)
A few details to note:
- For each program you submit, you will need to provide information for each unique site at which the program takes place, as these program sites will show up as individual icons on the map.
- Submissions are subject to review by our team for relevance and completeness prior to being added to the map. We will reach out to confirm any details as necessary based on your submission.
- We will update the map every Spring and Fall with information from submissions.
