Midsummer Market Merchant Application Form

Thank you for your interest in joining Midsummer Place’s small business market network. It's completely free to sign up, and once you've joined you will have access to participate in as many (or as few!) of our monthly markets as you like.
Simply fill out the form below. Once submitted, one of the Midsummer Place marketing team will be in touch within two working days, to discuss your application and the next steps!

9.Please provide details of what your market set up would look like, including any equipment you would be bringing in. Please note, a single plot is 2.5m wide x 2.5m deep and there is no power available.

11.In addition to our regular markets, if we were to host seasonal markets, which of the following do you think your business would suit?
12.What would you say your main customer types are? (eg, families, certain age groups, certain interests etc).
13.To participate in a market you will need a minimum of £5m public liability insurance. Please can you confirm your current position regarding public liability insurance.
14.You will need to complete some health and safety paperwork at the next stage to become part of the merchant network. When participating in the markets you will need to ensure you operate safely, in line with those documents and our centre rules (which will be provided to you). Failure to do so will result in cancellation of any future bookings and termination from the merchant network. Please confirm that you understand and agree to this.
15.There is no cost to join or be part of the merchant network. However, you will need to complete a licence and pay a booking fee (up-front) for each market you subsequently sign up for. Please confirm you understand and agree to this.
