CREDA Awards Submission - Renovation / Repositioning Project Award

All projects must have been completed between January 1, 2025 and July 1, 2026. All applications must be submitted by noon on Monday, September 28, 2026.

Projects submitted must have been completed by CREDA-member developers. A renovation or repositioning project is defined as the substantial improvement, modernization, or transformation of an existing commercial property. Please use this application for all renovation & repositioning projects, regardless of location.
