Westcity: Church Health Survey

1.Section 1: Church Health
The church’s mission, vision, beliefs and values are clearly articulated and they paint a compelling picture for the future.

2.The church has a Kingdom culture that is characterized by the fruits of the Spirit, biblical frameworks, discipleship and living together in grace, worship and prayer.

3.The church has a culture of ‘disciples making disciples’ that places intentional responsibility on all believers for discipling others, as well as for their own growth (e.g. how we follow Jesus in our everyday lives).

4.The board, our governance and spiritual leadership is robust, safe, effective and well executed. Our healthy church frameworks, policies and processes are clear, effective, administrated wisely, well communicated and accessible to all. Our church is safe and well run.

5.The leadership (Phil & Mel) are intentional about the spiritual and organizational leadership of the church, its culture and people. We feel empowered, supported and equipped on our pilgrimage together and becoming all God wants us to be as individuals and The Church.

6.Section 2: Community Life, Discipleship and Spiritual Formation
I have grown in my discipleship journey, since being part of Westcity.

7.I find there are plenty of opportunities for me to connect in church community through - pop up groups, Home Churches, dinners, connect groups, camps etc.

8.Section 3: Sundays
Our Sunday services encourage and instruct me in God's Word and His love for me. I often encounter the presence of the Holy Spirit. I am encouraged to follow Jesus.

9.Please comment on how Westcity has helped you on your discipleship journey and to deepen your love of God? e.g. is there specific practices, people, groups or events that have helped you. Is there any other feedback you would like provide about our church? e.g. about Youth/Kid’s/Godly Play/Creche, Teaching/Sermons, Worship, Café, Common Purse, volunteering or any other ministry areas of church?
