Thank you for nominating a candidate for the Madison County Resource Education Program's Coordinator of the Year Award! This award recognizes a school's building coordinator for the Resource Education Program who has demonstrated a commitment to organizing, managing, and leading conservation- and environmental education-related activities as part of the Madison County Resource Education Program. 

The winner of the Coordinator of the Year Award will receive a $100 personal honorarium. The winner's school will receive a $300 stipend to spend on projects related to resource conservation and environmental education. 
  • Nominees may be a principal, teacher, custodian, aide, or parent who has the responsibility of carrying out "green" programming, such as recycling, waste reduction, or environmental education at any Madison County school enrolled in the Resource Education Program.
  • Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged.
  • No winners from the past 5 years may be nominated.
  • Entries must represent work (ongoing or completed) during the 2018-2019 school year.
No nominations can be accepted after 5 pm on Friday, April 26th.
