This is the first step to reserving professional development for your staff.
Complete the form below to provide MDE with ONE contact person in the district or charter school who will be requesting READ Act literacy professional development for ALL district or charter school educators.

This request is for ONE district or charter school, not for an individual educator.
Upon receipt of this Registration Request Form, the district or charter school contact will receive an email to complete registration.
Once registration is complete, district or charter school contact will be contacted by the requested professional development vendor to schedule training dates.
