Section 1 - Nominee Details

Eligibility Criteria

Potential nominees must attain three eligibility requirements before progressing through to the application process:
  1. The organisation is required to be a Corporate Member
  2. The project/concept being nominated was completed between 01/07/24 - 30/04/25 (project has been completed, however implementation/work can still be ongoing in smaller activities)
    • The R&IM team or representative was the Project Manager/Lead
    • There may be an in-person discussion with shortlisted nominees if required.

5.Is the nomination for the Records and Information Management team?(Required.)
6.If the answer to Q4 was no, was a member of the R&IM team the Project Lead/Manager for the group being nominated? If no, you are not eligible to nominate for this award.(Required.)
