I am not a hands-on person, I leave it to the experts when repairs or maintenance are required.

I can confidently assess what is required to repair and maintain various elements and delegate these tasks to the appropriate people.

I enjoy diagnosing problems and tinkering with the best solution with the skills I have but know my limits and bring in reinforcements when required

I have trade level skills across several disciplines and I am capable of basic carpentry, plumbing, concreting, landscaping and small engine repairs/maintenance.
