The BVA Wellbeing Awards celebrate UK-based veterinary workplaces that demonstrate a strong commitment to the health, wellbeing and positive working culture of their teams.

The award is open to anyone working in the veterinary profession, and you don't need to be a BVA member to enter. Entries are open to individual workplaces and small groups of affiliated workplaces within a local area. Only one nomination can be submitted per workplace.

There are three award categories:
  • Small/medium practice: up to 25 employees
  • Large practice: over 25 employees
  • Non-clinical workplace
You'll need to provide the following:
  • a summary of why your workplace deserves to win (maximum 400 words), including evidence of why it deserves to win against the award criteria (which you can find here), including any supporting evidence
  • your workplace name and location, plus a lead contact name and email address
