Chalk Warrior Dallas Model Search

Kindly complete this form if you're interested in participating in Chalk Warrior's Photo Shoot on Friday, May 15th in Dallas, TX. Forms must be completed no later than Saturday, May 9th at 5pm EST.

Chalk Warrior is seeking a group of models who can participate in a photo shoot in Dallas, TX on May 15th. The photo shoot will take place in one location outside of downtown Dallas. Models must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other supervising adult. Models will be expected to arrive to the first photo shoot location with hair and natural makeup. Models will be responsible for their own transportation.

Models will be notified if they have been selected via e-mail no later than Sunday, May 10th. If selected, more information will be provided regarding hair and makeup and specific locations.
