Career Pathways Exploration Workshop Registration

Tompkins County Workforce Development offers a monthly Career Pathways Exploration Workshop held on the first Tuesday of each month. This workshop is designed for individuals who are exploring a new career path, considering a career change, returning to the workforce after a prolonged absence, or unsure of their next educational or employment step. Through guided self-assessments and career exploration activities, participants will identify strengths, interests, transferable skills, and potential career pathways. Please note that this workshop is NOT a job fair, job search, networking, or direct job placement event. Individuals who are already prepared to actively apply for work may benefit more from other workforce services more appropriate for their immediate needs. Please allow approximately 10 minutes to complete this registration survey.
