Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Rugby Ontario is seeking nominations for the Hall of Fame Class of 2023. The purpose of the Hall of Fame is to enshrine, in the form of a permanent record, the names of those individuals and teams who have exerted a distinctive, positive influence of unique dimension on the sport of rugby in Ontario over a prolonged period.
