We will be holding webinars to discuss eligibility, the application process, and review criteria for the 2020 Cottrell Scholars Program. Program Directors will be available to answer questions about both the Research and Educational Plans as well as the Academic Citizenship statement required as part of the application.
In 2020, the deadline for applications for the Cottrell Scholars Awards is July 1. The CSA online submission portal will open April 1, 2020. In general, eligible faculty will have appointments in Chemistry, Physics or Astronomy Departments and will have started their first tenure-track appointment in the 2017 calendar year and thus are in, or completing, their third year on the faculty at an eligible College or University. Individuals who took family or medical leave, please contact Program Director Silvia Ronco (sronco@rescorp.org) to request a deadline extension.
