Join us at noon on Thursday, September 17, at Savor at River House to hear from Ben Robinson, General Director and CEO of Kentucky Opera.

"The Future of Opera in Kentucky"

On the eve of its 75th anniversary, Kentucky Opera is at a fascinating crossroads of opportunity, challenge, and an ever-evolving audience. Through it all and despite the odds, opera is becoming more relevant, immediate, and visible throughout the Commonwealth and beyond.

The buffet opens at 11:30am and the program begins at noon. The menu is lasagna with garlic bread; a salad with grilled chicken (PENDING CONFIRMATION) or a gluten-free vegan option is available upon advance request.

Note that Savor charges $27, not $25.

There is a $5 meeting fee for those who choose not to purchase a meal — this will include a dessert and tea/coffee/water and, of course, a fantastic program. You can pay $5 cash, check or scan the QR code at check-in to pay with a credit card.
