The May 16th meeting at noon at the University Club will feature Lindy Casebier, Secretary with the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet.

"Horses, Bourbon and so much more!"

The menu will be Beef stew with smoked gouda grits; a salad with grilled chicken or a vegetarian/vegan and/or gluten-free option is available upon advance request.

**NOTE: if you RSVP for a salad, please do not go through the buffet line and vice versa. The buffet is prepared for the number of individual servings that are reserved and paid for on Mondays - we do not build in overages.
