1.Do you believe the City's special tax dependency scheme relies upon scare tactics to secure voter support?
2.Do you believe the $150 Million in special parcel taxes levied by the City of California City (on top of general property taxes) over the years have resulted in local non-government job creation, industry attraction, reduced poverty, or improved economic development results?
3.Do you believe general property taxes including sales taxes, property taxes, cannabis business tax should be dedicated to fund public safety budgets in the general fund?
4.Do you believe City Council should hold management/ staff accountable to administrate the cannabis business tax (CBT)?
5.Do you believe City Council should hold management/ staff accountable to administrate ‘Fast Track’ planning entitlements and building permits, with application tracking results, as necessary to streamline permitting effectively?
