Riverside Covenant Church Pastoral Search Team Survey

Introduction and Pastoral Responsibilities

In seeking a pastor for our church, it is imperative that your Pastoral Search Committee (PSC) try to answer the question: “What kind of pastor do we need?” In that effort, each member or friend currently attending RCC is invited to prayerfully complete this survey. We welcome and value your comments.

In this first section, we ask you about Pastor Responsibilities.
Although we do not anticipate any one person fulfilling all these pastoral roles individually, please prioritize each qualification on a 3 point scale -1 representing the lowest priorities and 3 representing your highest priorities.
