Leading from the Arab World - Survey

Thank you for taking part in this study!

Purpose of the study:
This study is part of a research initiative jointly run by Professor Mark Mortensen, Associate Dean of the INSEAD Middle East Campus and Professor of Organisational Behaviour, and Cosmic Centaurs, an organizational and leadership development firm working across the GCC.

This research aims to deepen the conversation on what it means to lead from and in the Arab world and to better understand the leadership practices, experiences, and context that are unique to the region and that the rest of the world can learn from.

About this survey
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may skip any question or stop at any time. Your responses will be kept anonymous. Results will be reported in aggregate and will not identify you individually.

You can voluntarily provide your email if you wish to receive updates on the research outcomes.

The survey should take only a few minutes to complete. Please answer as honestly as possible.

We recognize that leadership challenges and practices vary across countries, sectors, and cultures throughout the Arab world. We invite you to respond based on the context that best reflects your professional experience and leadership journey.

Your input will contribute to a research report and thought-leadership publications developed by INSEAD & Cosmic Centaurs, helping to surface and elevate leadership insights emerging from the region.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and perspectives with us.
