The City of Rapid City is gathering public input for setting high priority goals for the 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan that will govern funding allocations for the Community Development Block Grant funds. The City requests your input on the needs, barriers to meeting needs, gaps in services and housing for low-to-moderate income residents and those experiencing homelessness.
