With fresh investments in parks and public spaces, new and improved housing options, and charming business renovations, the village will honor its legacy as New York’s first Arbor Day community and emerge as a model of resilience and small-town vitality, serving as the cultural and recreational heart of South Jefferson.

Strategic investment will connect small-town character with new opportunities from local employers and major regional development. Revitalized parks and gathering places will support families and community pride, while industrial anchors provide stability. Adams will demonstrate how tradition and innovation combine to create a resilient, prosperous hub at the center of South Jefferson.”
