As a leading executive search firm, Ccentric believes in a culture of diversity and inclusion. However, data on various aspects of diversity is not easy to collect. Because of this, we have developed a brief survey which we invite you to participate in.
The survey will provide us with insights into the diversity of the candidate population that we regularly interact with. Ensuring the confidentiality of your information is of the utmost concern to us. We are using a survey tool that ensures any answers you provide are confidential. The results are aggregated and totally anonymous – please be assured, you cannot be identified individually.
The survey is also totally voluntary - you have choice and only need to answer the specific questions you choose to. It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
We plan to regularly publicise the research results on our website and in our newsletter so you will be able to review the results yourself.
