The Relationship-based Professional Development Standards describe the foundational skills and knowledge that professionals must have in order to apply reflective, relationship-based strategies. They can be used as a tool by new and experienced professionals alike to reflect on and make improvements within their own practice.

Over the past year, the Relationship-based Professional Development (RBPD) Workgroup has made revisions to the standards and competencies to reflect a wide range of feedback from the field. The next iteration of the draft will incorporate changes based on the feedback that we receive from this public comment period.

As you respond to this survey, you will be referring back to the draft Standards. Please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed them prior to responding to this survey!

Thank you for your review and comments. This survey will be open July 15 through July 31, 2019.
