Feel free to be as thorough and candid as possible. Your responses are anonymous, and will not be made public. We do share aggregated feedback with Holland America, to help them better understand our needs. ALL feedback—positive, negative, and observational—will help us improve.
To accommodate those who just want to provide broader feedback, after the first section of the survey you'll be given the option to either answer or skip more detailed questions. If you answer "yes" to answering more detailed questions, you'll go through the entire survey. If you answer "no," there will only be a few more questions, plus optional demographic questions. In both cases, along the way you'll have the option to skip sections that don't apply to your experience (e.g. if you didn't participate in tabletop gaming, etc.), or that you don't care to answer.
