ATTITUDE TOWARDS SECONDARY EDUCATION CHOICES FOR STUDENTS IN SYDNEY EAST- AMONGST PARENTS/CARERS

ABOUT THIS SURVEY
Thank you for participating in this survey for CLOSEast -  the parent advocacy group campaigning for an additional public high school in Sydney's East to meet demands of a growing population of children.

The purpose of the survey to gain insight into experiences related to selecting a high school placement for a child in Eastern suburbs.  A separate survey is being run in each Eastern suburbs public primary school and amongst parents with pre-school children.

This survey can be completed ONCE ONLY by a parent or carer of child ATTENDING ALEXANDRIA PARK PRIMARY PUBLIC SCHOOL who are likely to attend Secondary / High School Education in Sydney. 

We expect it will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will be treated with strict confidentiality.  

Similar, but separate surveys will be conducted amongst populations of each public primary school and also amongst parents of pre-school aged children.
