City of Amarillo Health and Human Service Agencies Survey (2020)

The purpose of this survey is to determine perceptions of the community’s health and human service needs and the needs of the agencies that provide these supportive services. The information from this survey will be used to plan the City of Amarillo's use of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the period of 2020—2024. This survey will take approximately 15-18 minutes to complete.
