Qualified Meeting Planners/Buyers are typically employees of 501(c) associations or association management companies (AMCs) who are current or prospective clients of exhibitors. This may include executives, meeting professionals, and other association staff involved in organizational management, meetings/events, or related operations.
Exhibitors may include DMOs/CVBs, hotels, venues, vendors, suppliers, and other industry partners. Contest participation is limited to qualified meeting planners/buyers who are potential customers of exhibitors participating in the ESSAE Annual Conference & Trade Show
