Thank you for your interest in serving on the RiNo Art District (RAD) board of directors!

RiNo Art District is a grassroots nonprofit made up of passionate advocates who believe in the power of art to connect people and create a thriving community. Art is the common thread that unites the district, and the lens through which we view our work in support of the community here. Our district is inclusive of the historical neighborhoods of Globeville, Elyria-Swansea, Five Points and Cole. Through advocacy, placemaking, and partnership, RAD works to ensure that creativity remains central to RiNo’s identity.

Board service at RiNo Art District is an opportunity to help steward this work with care, clarity, and collaboration. Board members provide strategic guidance, uphold strong governance, and serve as vital ambassadors for the district, supporting the organization’s mission while respecting clear boundaries between governance and operations.

Board service at RiNo Art District is strategic rather than operational, with an average commitment of approximately 3–7 hours per month, including board meetings, committee participation and being an ambassador at community events.
