Restorative Action Alliance Reentry Needs Survey

Thank you for participating in the Reentry Needs Survey conducted by Restorative Action Alliance (RAA). This survey is designed to identify the needs of people who are reentering the community after being adjudicated and/or incarcerated for sexual offenses and who are subject to registry requirements.

Your response is appreciated and completely voluntary. All responses are confidential and will be used only in aggregate form to guide public education, policy reform, and support service development. No identifying information will be shared publicly.

- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have experienced reentry after being convicted for a sexual offense AND/OR are currently required to register
