Educator Workplace Well-Being

Local Government Children's Services are facing a funding crisis since being excluded from funding arrangements such as Jobkeeper unlike other providers free childcare has left Council run children’s services with a massive shortfall and the ASU are concerned that centres and jobs at risk. The COVID-19 environment has also put pressure on centres and educators meeting new standards and we are keen to hear your thoughts. Please help us understand the impacts by answering this short survey.

What the ASU is doing for LG early learning educators?

The ASU is working to get the State and Federal Governments to act now to save early learning centres. Local Government provided early learning services have never been more important.
We need to send the message to Spring Street and Canberra that your services need adequate and secure funding. Will you support the ASU campaign to get local government Children Services better funding?
