COMPLETE SURVEY FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A FREE BOTTLE OF SHAKER'S BLEND

This survey will be used to understand the habits and preferences of refinishing hobbyists. This information will be used for graduate student research at Arkansas State University. Participants who choose to reply and include their email address will be entered into a drawing to win a bottle of Shaker's Blend restoration solution. All participants who include an email address will receive ONE email at the end of the research project. One participant will win a bottle of Shaker's Blend that must be picked up at Shaker's Landing Mall in Vincennes, Indiana. *Shipping may be possible.
