Welcome to the Cultural Grants program for the 2022 funding cycle. If your organization has not received a cultural grant in the past and would like to apply for funding, you will need to complete this document and provide the requested supplementary documentation.
If your organization received funding in 2021, please complete the Final Report 2021.
If your organization received funding in the past, but not for 2021 and you wish to re-apply for funding, please ensure that you have completed a final report for the last year that you received funds. If your organization has an outstanding final report, please contact Bernadette Ward at email@example.com for assistance.

Please note that this program does not fund activities that have taken place in the past, but is intended to assist with activities that will take place between January and December 2022.
Please note that you cannot save the Survey Monkey document and return to complete it at a later date - all of the information must be entered during the same visit. We have created a working document that you can use to assist with the process. It can be found on our website on the Cultural Grants page.
