WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! We believe that incarcerated people and their families know what is needed to end Mississippi’s incarceration crisis. If you or someone in your life has been incarcerated in Mississippi, please consider filling out this short survey to get in touch.
FWD.us is an advocacy organization focused on reducing jail and prison populations in several states, including Mississippi. As we push for more people to be free, one of the ways we do that is by listening to and amplifying the voices of people and families impacted by the criminal justice system.
Last year, we were able to help several families share their stories through news articles, blog posts, social media posts, and legislative testimony. We also work with families who prefer to share their experiences anonymously, and we will never share your information without your permission. You can learn more about our work in Mississippi here.
