Minimum Age Exception Request

Although our camps start at age 5.75 (5 years, 9 months by the start of camp program), we are open to requests for children as young as 5.25 (5 years, 3 months by the start of camp program). Please answer the questions below.
Note: If your child is within just a few weeks to month of the minimum age and you read over the questions and all seems good for your child to attend, go ahead and register (when asked for age at time of camp, enter their age as 5.75), no need to fill out a survey.

Note, re: group assignments for most dates of summer: Usually your youngest child, if age exception approved would be in youngest group, which has up to younger 7 year olds maximum. 
If your older child is 7-8, they would be in a different group, but at the same site in summer so they could share meals and some free play times, but if older child ages 9-10, they would be in a different group at a site nearby (few minute walk).  For camps over the school year, they would have time to share meals or to play during free play time if in different groups.

If not in a group in person currently, let us know about any other gatherings with kids they are involved with.  Our camp runs from 8:30-4:30, but you can choose to drop-off later at 10:15am, or pick up early at 1:30pm or 3:30pm some or all days.
