We are a nonprofit, member driven collaborative organization dedicated to advancing and applying OD practices to benefit organizations across central Ohio.

CCODN has had an amazing series of programs and events that has led to tremendous growth over the last year. We are seeking your feedback to continue the growth.

The meetings are at Franklin University, feature a topic and speaker, and are geared toward better understanding a specific OD topic.

The social events are typically at a bar or restaurant and are more focused on networking and fun.

* 10. We charge $15 per event to members and $30 to non-members. At each event we provide food (pizza, deli) and beverages. Annual membership is as follows:

General Membership - $35 per year
Student Membership - $20 per year (full time students)
Affiliate Membership - $20 per year (SHRM, ISPI, ASTD)
